1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PAS (Process Automation Suite) ("PAS," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the PAS web application and any related services, tools, and integrations (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Services

PAS provides practice management, workflow automation, client entity records, and compliance task tracking software specifically designed for Chartered Accountants, tax professionals, accounting practices, and their teams.

We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or temporarily suspend portions of the Service for maintenance or updates. We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted availability.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must register for an account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account or workspace.
• Notification: You must promptly notify us at contact@oneasy.in if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach involving your account.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable national, regional, or international laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, or other user accounts.
• Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property & Your Data

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, files, records, and client materials you upload to the Service ("User Content"). You grant PAS a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and deliver the Service.
• PAS IP: The Service, including software, interfaces, designs, visual assets, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of PAS and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

We recognize the sensitive nature of accounting, financial, and client data. We implement robust administrative and technical safeguards to keep your information secure and confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. We will indicate the date of the latest revisions at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
